No. You have to be a registered TSC teacher, working or retired.

  2. Apply by filling a registration form and pay Kshs 500/- non-refundable registration fee
  3. Purchase minimum shares of 1500 each at Kshs 20/-, worth Kshs 30,000/- non refundable but transferable to other members.

  3. Earning a commission everytime you sell a plot to non-members
  4. The mode of payment is flexible
  5. You are eligible for to be elected in the management team

In cases when service delivery is perceived to be inefective our clients are encouraged to submit their complaints giving the necessary details pertaining to the specific cases to the office, if the complaints are beyond the office then they can be taken to the chairman/management team of Vision Housing & Co-operative Society
